End of project: “High-throughput blood group genotyping using MALDI-TOF MS”, 37’000 blood donors from 11 Swiss blood transfusion services genotyped for a total of 1.3 Mio. blood group SNPs, 333 donors with rare blood groups identified, routine blood group genotyping for major antigens implemented and accredited with the Swiss SAS (STS 0447).
